Clash Ecosystem ResourcesOur Purpose and Editorial Standards

What we cover: download sources, core background, and configuration guidance.

Our Purpose

Clash Download is an independent resource for the Clash ecosystem, with setup guides, client comparisons, and references to trusted download sources. Our coverage includes installation, subscription imports, routing rules, and protocol selection. The site name identifies this resource; it does not mean we develop these clients or are officially affiliated with them.

The Open-Source Ecosystem and Its Cores

Clash brings proxy protocols, rule matching, and policy groups together in a configuration-driven core. Clash.Meta expanded the original core with additional protocols and networking capabilities, and later continued development under the name mihomo. Graphical clients provide the interface, configuration management, and system integration. Feature support depends on the core, its version, and the settings exposed by the client—not just the product name.

How We Maintain Download and Setup Guides

We check release channels and distinguish download sources, system architectures, and maintenance status. A listed link may not suit every device. Guides are based on reproducible hands-on testing and note required permissions and configuration prerequisites. For changes to interfaces or fields, follow the client’s current documentation. Before installing, check your platform in the Download Center, then follow the setup guide to get started.

Responsible Use and Troubleshooting

Our resources are for learning about network configuration and lawful use. We do not provide proxy services or subscription nodes. Follow local laws, network policies, and service terms when using a client, and assess the source and authorization of any configuration yourself. For connection or configuration issues, start with the FAQ and narrow down the cause by operating system, client, and error message. Remove subscription links and credentials before sharing a configuration.
